1. Quotations and Booking

All quotations provided are based on the information supplied by the customer regarding the volume of goods, access conditions, and locations. Roos Removals reserves the right to adjust the final price if the actual circumstances differ significantly from the information provided at the time of the quote.

2. Customer Obligations

Ensuring clear access for our removal vehicles at both pickup and delivery points.
Clearly identifying any fragile or high-value items that require special handling.
Ensuring all items are appropriately packed unless you have booked our specialized packing services.
Being present or having an authorized representative available during the entire moving process.
