How much do your furniture removals cost?
Roos offer competitive pricing which is adjusted based on the number of removalists required for your move. We charge an hourly rate billed from departure to return of our Moe depot.
What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate as much notice as possible when cancelling a booking, if we are not notified of a move being cancelled before the day of your move you may be charged a 3 hour minimum.
Do you operate on Weekends or Public Holidays?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling including weekends and public holidays subject to extra costs and availability. We understand that some moves have a short window of time to be completed, thats why we always aim to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
